    Privacy by Design is a concept that has been developed and promoted by Ann Cavoukian, the former Information & Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, Canada. Other regulators, including the US Federal Trade Commission and the European Commission, have also developed the concept. Privacy in Design integrates their work with KI Design's extensive experience supporting privacy implementation.
